Mr. Maiman has a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University of Los Angeles that he received in 1973 and was on the Board of Directors of Jewish Big Brothers of Los Angeles for over five years. Besides having his California Real Estate license, he also is licensed for Fire & Casualty and Life Insurance for the state of California. He has personally managed two large-volume manufacturing plants that employed several hundred people and knows what business owners deal with, both in running their business and funding their business.
